Are silicone teethers safe for my baby?

Absolutely! I take safety very seriously and all my teethers are independently tested through a testing lab for compliance to New Zealand/Australian safety standard AU/NZ ISO:8124:1:2016. This testing ensures my teethers are safe and securely constructed.

However, please ensure you inspect your teethers regularly for any loosening or damage.

All products should be used with adult supervision.

Which teether is right for my baby?

Each style has some unique advantages.

The mini teether is all silicone and can be put in the fridge or freezer for extra teething relief!

The combination of silicone and wood in the rattle ring/toy teether designs give your baby the best of both worlds. The soft silky silicone provides comfort as it massages the gums while the hard texture of the beech wooden rings provides greater relief and may help those emerging teeth break through.

​

Younger babes are best suited to the mini teether as it is easier for them to hold and chew. They can then progress to the rattle ring/teether toy where they will find more enjoyment with the extra elements of wood and the textured silicone toy.

How do I wash and care for my products?

Wash silicone products with hot soapy water before first use. To care for your silicone products, simply wipe with a damp cloth or wash in hot soapy water and hang to dry. Do not fully submerse wooden components. My wooden products are untreated so you may wish to treat them with your preferred oil or wax, such as coconut oil or beeswax, for a more polished look.

How long will my order take?

My goal is to offer you an easy and hassle free shopping experience. Orders placed on weekdays have a processing time of 24-48 hours. Orders placed on the weekend and public holidays will be processed within 24-48 hours of the first following working day.

​Please note that I work full time as well as being a wife and mother. These time frames are a guideline only. I will do my best to get your products to you in a timely manner. I will contact you if there are any known delays.

​After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a further email with tracking details once the parcel is dispatched.

​

How do I track my order?

You will be provided the tracking number and a link via email when parcel is dispatched. You can also copy the tracking number into the NZ Post website https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking

​

​Please note that once a tracking number is supplied I no longer have any control over your parcel. Your first contact regarding the parcel's whereabouts from this point on is NZ Post. However, please let me know if the parcel is not received in 10 days.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! Just select pick up at the checkout to waive the shipping fees. I will be in contact to organise a suitable pick up time. Note pick up is in Pokeno.

Do you accept returns?

I strive to provide you with high quality products at an affordable price. I will not accept returns purely for change of mind. Given the nature of these products I cannot on sell due to hygiene reasons.

​

​Returns and refunds are at my discretion and are handled on a case by case basis as per my obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
